Exmet Grupp’s new office is a precise, contemporary workspace that reflects the company’s industrial roots while feeling bright, open and welcoming. Clear lines, strong material contrasts and carefully placed greenery create an environment where reception, focus work, meetings and social breaks flow naturally into one another.
The Challenge
Create a cohesive office for around 55 employees that supports different ways of working – from individual concentration to teamwork and informal exchange—while integrating sustainable choices and aligning with HACK Interior’s design concept.
Our Solution
Standard furnished the new Exmet Grupp office with a combination of standard furniture and bespoke solutions, working closely with interior architects Helen Aaver, Kare Dobrõš and Helen Sarevet (HACK Interior). Existing electric desk frames were reused to reduce environmental impact, paired with new worktops and ergonomic seating to form comfortable, adjustable workstations. Meeting rooms, focus booths and the spacious cafeteria were equipped with coordinated furniture that balances durability with a refined, modern look. The result is a workplace where smart planning, sustainability and strong visual identity come together in a unified, future-ready office.
