Swedbank’s Tallinn headquarters in the Arter quarter is a landmark workplace with sweeping city views and a strong architectural presence. Across 28 floors, warm materials and precise detailing create a calm, cohesive atmosphere that reflects the bank’s values of reliability, transparency and long-term thinking.
The Challenge
Deliver a unified interior for a high-rise headquarters—ensuring that public areas, office floors and transition zones all share the same visual language—while meeting strict technical, acoustic and durability requirements for a major financial institution.
Our Solution
Working from the interior concept by Arhitekt 11 OÜ, Standard furnished the building with veneered wall panelling on all 28 floors, together with integrated fixed furniture and built-in seating areas. The custom wall systems were engineered to align seamlessly with meeting zones, lobbies and circulation spaces, creating clear wayfinding and a consistent material rhythm from ground floor to top. Carefully detailed joinery and robust finishes ensure long-term performance, while the natural veneer brings warmth and character to Swedbank’s new home in the Arter quarter.
